Sewing

The “Pretty Dress” Simplicity 8292.

I absolutely love this pattern. The sleeves are everything!!!  I wanted a special outfit for my youngest son’s Confirmation. This white crepe fabric from my stash was perfect. I cut a size 6 and it was almost too small. I didn’t get many pictures of the outfit the day of the event, since I’m always too busy talking to care. The skirt doesn’t have a lining and I was too lazy to make one. I wore a slip underneath, yes I have one, because I’m old school like that. 😉
