Handmade, Sewing

Simplicity 8124.

I love the off the shoulders trend and this dress Simplicity 8124, is so cute and easy to sew! I wore this to an engagement party and for a second time to Napa Valley. I used a lightweight linen I bought at Michael Levine’s during Mimi G Conference in L.A. The weather was almost too warm, but since it was the only cute dress I packed I suck it up and wore it. Maybe next time I won’t wait until last minute to pack. *insert maniacal laugh here.

The husband and I at the Castello Di Amorosa in Calistoga, CA. The wine isn’t the greatest but the place makes up for it. I highly recommend it! Why is his shirt so small though?..lol
